Government officials, opinion leaders, democratic institutions, think tanks, universities, and private organizations composed of citizens who have identified leadership vacuums in the Western Hemisphere have approached President Flores and requested his help in resolving this strategic need in a sustainable manner.

The system of liberties is threatened in different ways. In recent years, many nations have fallen into a vicious circle that begins with an embrace of populism and with the country later becoming a victim of tyranny, poverty and recession.

There is a leadership vacuum that has demonstrated the need for a clear vision, based on reality and embracing freedom’s principles, in order for our people to advance and attain a better future.

The América Libre Institute’s mission is to fill this leadership vacuum by presenting, designing and implementing solutions different strategies, from public policy to the institutionalization of fundamental principles that promote an individual’s ownership of his or her own destiny.
